Despite all of the summer movies, Marvel has decided to give us a teaser trailer to Thor!
I think we will mimic most people’s thoughts on Thor, in that while not looking as good as say Iron Man 3 or Man of Steel, Thor: The Dark World looks like it will be pleasantly surprising again. I was not very excited about the original Thor, but I was happy with it overall. For myself (Josh), I have a hard time appreciating Norse Gods in a comic book format. It doesn’t quite fit for me.
I definitely am excited for it, but I am much more excited for the summer lineup we have coming around. I am curious to see what Loki’s part will be in the movie as it looks like Thor is going to need his help versus whatever our villain turns out to be. The action looks great as well, from what little is given for us to see so far. The movie is set to hit theaters November 8th, and will star Chris Hemsworth with Natalie Portman again, along with Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki.
Action was good in this movie. The trailer gave away some of these moments, but it was still alright. The bit at the end was completely not worth staying for though. It’s like they decided they needed romance in there, so they put that in. Except it’s mostly dudes that stay after the credits, so that made zero sense for them to do.
